Then join the Economics Club!!!!

We compete in the National Economics Challenge and National Personal Finance Challenge. In 2019 we finished 1st in NY State, Securing a Trip to Lincoln, Nebraska, where WE WON THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS, BEATING 18,000 STUDENTS NATIONWIDE; EACH TEAM MEMBER WON A $2,100 CASH PRIZE.

The club meets twice a month after school, both in person and on Zoom (you only need to attend one meeting, choose which is more convenient for you!) In order to prepare for the contests, we learn about and discuss a wide range of interesting economics topics like opportunity cost and comparative advantage. It’s a fun way to improve your Economics knowledge and make new friends!
